The Real Estate Regulatory Authority of Andhra Pradesh (AP RERA) functions as a governance body for real estate developers, promoters, agents, and homebuyers. It was formed under the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 and officially implemented in Andhra Pradesh on March 27, 2017.

The main goals of AP RERA include:
