Step 1: Visit the official site: rera.telangana.gov.in
Click on “Services” in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Choose “Real Estate Project Registration” from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: A new page will open.
- If you already have an account, log in.
- New users must click “New Registration” under the login section.
Step 4: Create your login ID and password.
Step 5: Log in and fill in the required information:
- Promoter details (name, address, contact)
- Project name, type, and location
- Co-promoter details (if applicable)
