3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
A. Sharing with Third-Party Sellers and Partners
AcreRate is a marketplace. The primary function of our service is to share your contact and interest data (as a sales lead) with the specific Seller or Landowner associated with the property you express interest in. By submitting an EOI or inquiry, you expressly consent to this disclosure. These third parties are responsible for contacting you and handling the sale.B. Sharing with Service Providers
We may share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, analytics processing (e.g., Google Analytics), and email delivery providers. These providers are obligated to protect your data.C. Legal Compliance and Security
